FS 17 Wood chips for the train v0.1

With these adjustments, the train can load to Goldcreast Valley chips.
NOTE: This is not a mod in the classical sense. It will change the original game files. This can cause the multiplayer does not work anymore, while the mod is installed. This will be fixed as soon as it has been properly de-installed!
